THE CHURCH will be doing a special run of Intimate and Acoustic performances this October, bringing their extraordinary Songbook into smaller rooms, regional venues and cities they have rarely, if ever, played before.

These shows offer fans a chance to experience THE CHURCH in a very different setting – up close, stripped back, and centred on the songs themselves.

These shows will be in stark contrast to the Psychedelic Symphony performances. Intimate and Acoustic will take things in the opposite direction, drawing the music back to where it began

For a band whose catalogue includes some of Australia’s most enduring and evocative music, these performances promise to reveal another side of THE CHURCH. More personal, more direct, built around the strength of the songwriting.

For many fans, this may be a rare opportunity to see THE CHURCH in a room of this size, and in towns and cities that may not see them again for some time.
